Job Description
Endeavor Global Marketing is seeking an Account Director to lead the Lowe’s Home Improvement NFL partnership account team.

Reporting to the Vice President, you will lead strategy, creation, development and implementation of the sports partnership program, with a focus on the NFL for the brand, business units and customer group. You must be passionate about the sports industry and well versed in the space. Candidate must have proven industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the NFL, as well as experience with how to implement and measure successful partnerships. You also must be an agency or brand professional with a deep understanding of client management and have overseen and/or managed partnerships in-house for consumer brands.

Responsibilities Include
Oversee the day-to-day management of client’s sports portfolio, consisting primarily NFL assets and corresponding activations, in addition to client, consumer and experiential marketing initiatives and those involving the integration of third-party brand partners
Provide sports and NFL expertise to corporate client
Interact daily with corporate client, various brand managers and stakeholders, agencies/vendors and other third parties to support the client’s partnership initiatives
Engage with client’s senior leadership team in a confident and professional manner, providing support and POVs as required
Manage a team of 2+ staff at Endeavor who manage the client’s daily activation of entertainment partnerships
Liaise with partners as a representative of the client
Actively l ead the strategy, creation, development and implementation partnership programs for corporate client and business units, including working with cross- functional team such as external communications, internal communications, media, creative/ advertising, experiential and social/ digital teams
Oversee program development & the approvals process of sports themed programs & materials on behalf of client
Liaise/interface with internal Endeavor divisions as necessary to develop and implement client programs
Lead and support negotiation and contracting strategy and process as it relates to all third-party agreements relating to the entertainment landscape for client as directed
Lead talent recommendation process for marketing integration and manage talent vetting and procurement process, as well as contract management & appearance oversight
Provide industry insights and up-to-date knowledge, including additional opportunities for integration, partnerships and co-promotional programming
Manage and facilitate development, execution and analysis of sponsorship return on investment in conjunction with client investments/sponsorships
Direct and manage research and insights initiatives as well as partnership valuation work as directed by client
Creative ideation based on current events surrounding pop-culture creating real-time, results focused opportunities
Oversee tactical implementation of sponsorships at high profile events. Specific services could include staff management and coordination, ticket distribution, guest relations/hospitality, talent booking, invitations meeting participation and overall client/property relationship management
Thoughtfully counsel client based on broad entertainment sponsorship/marketing landscape and business goals
Strategic proposal analysis as requested for new sponsorship opportunities
Become an “expert” in client business/marketing goals

Qualifications
A minimum of 8+ years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience. Specific disciplines could include, sponsorship marketing, event marketing, and/or sponsor servicing.
Experience within the NFL space and understanding of the business of partnerships, entertainment media and pop culture current events/opportunities
Experience managing staff
Excellent time management being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Professionalism and executive presence
Development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategies on behalf of clients/companies
Day to day relationship management of clients, agencies and vendors
Sponsorship contract negotiation experience and proven skill set
Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
Practical experience with public relations, digital and social campaign initiatives
Practical experience or interaction with advertising and/or promotional agencies
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to communicate such thoughts proactively, efficiently and effectively
Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
A positive, can-do attitude
Exceptional in MS Office Suite, design background a plus
Experience working in sales or marketing solutions with sports and entertainment companies a plus
