Our client is a well established real estate company that deals with residential and commercial properties.
They seek to hire an all rounded accountant to handle the day to day accounting and finance functions of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly management reports
Preparation and submission of all statutory payments
Maintain and upkeep records / filing
Creditors and debtors reconciliation
Banking operations
Maintaining fixed assets register
Supplier payments
Cash-flow statements
Preparation of annual budgets
Payroll processing
Responsible for maintaining all ledgers and bookkeeping
General administrative assistance to the Management team as required
Skills & Qualifications
Must have a at least 3-4 years of hands-on accounting experience
A minimum of CPA K or its equivalent
Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks/ SAP and Excel
Knowledge of basic accounting principles (receivables and payables)
Extremely detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong analytical and accounting skills
