Key responsibilities
To be the first point of contact for clients visiting the offices. To handle clients professionally, with respect and dignity.
To help in acquiring new clients by taking advantage of cross sell opportunities on any contacts including on our social media platforms.
To explain our products and services to clients and perform an initial credit appraisal before submitting for approval.
To follow up on payments from clients to meet specified minimum standards.
Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
Minimum of a diploma preferably in a business related field from a reputable institution. A higher qualification will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year experience in a client service/sales/debt collection role preferably in a similar institution with proven track record of delivery.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Passion to offer solutions and absolute integrity.
