Job Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced, talented Senior Account Director to help deliver a number of integrated campaigns for some of the biggest companies and brands in Kenya.

Skills and Attributes
Senior Level Heavy Hitters with a minimum 5 years’ experience with Integrated Agencies.
Experience of delivering major integrated campaigns
Highly digital literate
Ability to demonstrate growth via existing and new business
Can do, positive attitude
Evidence of fast career progression
People management experience and ability to motivate and lead a small team
Good Career Growth (C.V to back up that one has been in the Same Industry for at least some time)
Entrepreneurial business approach as well as positive attitude and professionalism.
Candidate will enjoy a stimulating and rewarding career path and help develop, shape and manage some of Africa’s most creative integrated campaigns. Therefore, candidate needs to have worked with Recognized International Global Brands.
Ability to handle and deliver in International to local Integrated Campaigns.
Candidates needs to be respectful, observe professionalism and respect (this involves punctuality), needs to be Bold and Confident, Value pro-activity, able to develop strong partnerships with Clients and network easily.
He/she must also be very outgoing in terms of going beyond his/her functions to propose something new or an idea/approach to the company. They should also be a self-starter, Extrovert.
The candidate must be trustworthy and responsible as most of the times the Managers will be operating and be in and out of the country. Clients will trust his/her advice and judgment.
Candidate needs to have worked with Clients in the relevant Industry. Also be able to manage tricky interactions with Clients.
