Summary: The Finance Executive provides support to the call center in expense management, cash flow management; preparation of monthly expense reports; maintaining updated books of accounts; preparing finance reports; and compliance of regulatory matters.
The Finance Executive will also work closely with corporate office in the annual audit process.
Duties
Prepares statutory accounts.
Ensures payments and records are accurate.
Manages petty cash transactions; records and reconciliations.
Manages credit payments and follows up on collections.
Maintains up to date books of account.
Undertakes bank reconciliation of bank statements
Verifies all vendor payments against agreements
Prepares salary disbursement data
Prepares finance related management information reports in line with operational metrics
Undertakes reconciliation of accounts and ledgers
Participates in finance audits
Ensures timely payment of employees, vendors and suppliers
Ensures submission of correct invoice to clients and follows up on collection as per terms of contract.
Ensures statutory compliances at all time with zero tolerance to default.
Attends to banking matters for day to day financial activities.
Supports corporate office in finalization of books of accounts.
Swiftly resolves finance queries.
Key Requirements and Skills
Graduate of Finance
Pursuing and/or completed accounting qualifications e.g. CPA; ACCA
Have minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in accounting field Proficient in MS word and Power point
Exposure in bank dealings
Knowledge in statutory deductions (VAT, WHT, payee etc.)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Good problem solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
Attention to details
Working knowledge of Tally
Accounting knowledge.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
