Housing and Marketing Officer – National Organization

The Housing and Marketing Officer (HMO) will ensure the sales and marketing in relation to Housing and financial related services are efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the services continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.

Duties, qualification and experience
Organize, plan and implement training in finance and related activities.
Savings and credit programme management, loan origination and appraisal.
Quality group mobilization and capacity building to ensure an active pipeline of demand.
High level of product knowledge, marketing skills and customer relations.
Computer literate especially in loan portfolio management systems and spreadsheets.
Ability to work efficiently and with minimum supervision.
Work closely with the Housing Development Team to ensure that all forecast programme targets in relation to new house sales are met.
To promote the Organization in a positive and professional manner.
To carry out any other duties, as directed, commensurate with this post.

Key Job Requirements
Be a graduate with a degree or diploma in business management, commerce, economics or cooperative management.
3-10 years experience in a financial institution and in a marketing/business development or related capacity.
A total team player.
Age between 30 -40 years
