Marketing & Admin Executive – Nairobi – Corporate Staffing Services

Our Client specializes in planning, design and management of architectural, landscape and interior design projects for commercial and private clients in Kenya and the East African region.

They seek to hire a marketing & admin executive to develop, implement and monitor marketing activities whilst offering admin support.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Function
Devising, presenting and implementing marketing ideas and strategies
Managing advertising, marketing and promotional activities
Prepare marketing materials i.e. brochures, fliers
Organizing & attending events and product exhibitions
Monitoring company’s performance
Market research
Competitor Analysis
Managing social media activities
Admin Function
Responsible for providing administrative support to the managing director
Organize and facilitate corporate events, board meetings and executive conferences
Arranging all travel and accommodation arrangements
Proving administrative support
Schedule and arrange meetings for management staff and inform involved parties.
Take minutes or recordings of meetings

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field
At least 3 years experience working in similar position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Creativity as well a as proactive attitude
