Position Description: A group of schools and college requires an agile candidate to plan and carry our client relationship management, so as to develop and maintain relationships, grow our key accounts and acquire new ones.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Recruitment of new students
Marketing our products to corporates
Preparation and execution of marketing plan and strategy
Create new accounts for online students
Organizing and attending marketing events
Communicating with target audience and managing customer relationships
Company visits to promote our courses and trainings
Invoicing and collection of fees from students
Marketing of our professional courses
Secondary Responsibilities
Marketing of our trainings and special programs from the MT&C business unit
Working together with IT on the College Training & Consultancy websites
Follow up on advertisements and work with the production crew to ensure all our materials are printed and delivered on time.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Well conversant with the IT and e-learning applications
Self-driven and result oriented
Works with minimal supervision
Knowledge of course content offered
Education and Experience:
A Degree or professional qualification in Sales and Marketing
Knowledge of courses offered will be an added advantage
At least 3 years work experience
Special Demands / Skills:
Maintain good client relationships
Ability to plan and think strategically when approaching prospective clients
Knowledge of college programs and services
Maintain the confidentiality of Makini College opperations, its student / clients and their contacts at all times
