Our client is a well established consultancy firm that offers professional immigration advisory and facilitation.
They seek to hire an aggressive marketing & operations manager who will be responsible for managing the marketing activities and management of day to day business operations
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Prepare and adhere to budgets.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Design print ads and publications.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Engage consumers on social media.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
Addressing operational issues and concerns in calm and timely manner.
Monitor customer relations in order to meet excellent standard in service delivery by resolving conflict.
Responsible for employee accountability and adherence to company standards and policies
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
Review financial statements and data.
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance.
Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Must have at least 5 yrs of experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
Must possess technical marketing skills; presentations, content development etc
Proven experience in customer and market research
experience in same field is an added advantage
excellent written and verbal communication skills
