Our client is a leading mobile and digital services provider operating a payments ecosystem connecting financial sector customers, Mobile Network Operators and businesses to consumers.
They are seeking to hire a dynamic and results driven individual to fill in the position of Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships to ensure maximum contract, license and business renewals
Act as a primary contact for support related queries, managing incidents and problems, ensuring a fast timely resolution in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
She/he will be responsible for creating and managing action logs and issue resolution plans when necessary.
The successful Relationship Manager requires the following skill set:
Customer Relationship Management / Account Management experience
Excellent client management skills
Incident / Problem Management & Resolution skills
Production of Management Information (MI) reports
Representation of the business at client meetings and reviews
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing or related field
A minimum of 3 years experience of relationship management in the banking sector
Previous experience in a senior position successfully acquiring merchants is a must
A quick and analytical mind is key
She/he must have good negotiation skills and must be comfortable interacting/dealing with decision makers to deliver desired results
Good presentation skills are vital
She/he must have an entrepreneurial mind and should be a solution provider
