Salary: 10,000 Retainer + Commissions

Job Description
Recruitment of clients through cold calling, direct visits, emailing etc
Develop and initiate social media activity
Maintaining brand presence and awareness through available means
Do an analysis of the competitors in the market
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
Contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Conducting market research, market forecasting and market intelligence
Preparing sales reports on a weekly basis

Qualifications Required
Diploma in Sales/Marketing (Degree would be an added advantage)
At least 1 year Sales experience
Computer Literate
Knowledge in Microsoft office packages excel, word and powerpoint
Key Skills for the Job

Must have excellent communication skills.
Should be self-driven.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
