Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the incumbent will be in charge of Bayer SeedGrowth (equipment and services) business with the aim of growing the Bayer SeedGrowth portfolio in Kenya.

Major Tasks of the Position
Carry out on the farm seed treatment operations on identified farms
Provide support and training to all Customers in seed treatment business
Ensure quality and customer satisfaction in all the treatment operations
Responsible for Bayer SeedGrowth products stewardship.

Qualifications
A Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering
Three ( 3 ) years’ experience in Seed treatment
Knowledge of computer applications
Proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages
Valid driving license ( Class BC)

Able to anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations
Should be able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

Flexibility to work in different geographical locations in the country.
