Our client is a market leader in distribution of used car sales, maintenance service, parts sales, as well as car rentals.
They seek to hire a self- driven admin assistant to perform administrative and office support activities.
Job Responsibilities
Control of company cars and drivers
Liaison with outsource company on cleaning and building maintenance, staff caterer
General upkeep of premises, office furniture procurement and maintenance
Stationery procurement and control
Operating Company switchboard and monitoring staff cell phones
Handling Insurance matters
Monitoring and payment of utility bills
Assistance to HR Manager – leave records, absenteeism etc
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Diploma in Office Admin or other relevant field
Team player
Self driven
An organized approach and excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
Computer literacy and good typing skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
