Requirements
Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, sales, Business Administration and Finance.
3 years of experience in Sales
Leadership skills, interpersonal skills and product development
outgoing
Computer literate.
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications and Skills
Plan for marketing;
Arrange for viewing;
Receive and vet potential purchasers;
Liaise with the vendors and lawyers to ensure a complete sale procedure;
Update the vendor and purchasers on sale progress process;
Plan and coordinate site visits;
Maintain Sales records;
Receiving and attending to clients complaints;
Formulating and implementing internal operational procedures;
Ensuring targets and turnaround times are met;
Preparing annual budgets for the Department
Plan and attend functions like EXPOS etc
