Job Summary
Our client is looking for a chef with knowledge of Chinese cuisines.

Responsibilities
Plans and implements an excellent dining experience.
Ensures smooth operation in the Kitchen area and proper products control for higher profitability yields.
Ensures the highest level of food safety
Preparation of Chinese cuisines
Handles guest feedback with regards to quality / variety of food served.

Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate in food production
At least 2 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese cuisines.
Must be able to provide the best quality and Chinese cuisine.
Knowledgeable in Food Safety
Has the passion towards quality and creativity for new modern presentations of Chinese Cuisine.
