The Customer Relationship Officer
will ensure high service standards to ensure our clients are delighted with our services and can refer others. They will play a key role in managing the CRM.

Our preffered candidate should have the following:
Business related diploma or degree
6 years’ proven customer support experience
proven use of CRM systems
Data analysis experience
Good organization skills
Proficient use of GSuite
