Help provide support in a fast paced environment where over 800 tickets are submitted each day.
Work alongside your peers to provide quick and effective support.
Provide detailed status and statistic updates to management executives.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience utilizing Multicraft.
Prior experience utilizing WHMCS.
Formal Customer Service experience.
Technology Savvy.
Key Requirements:
A proactive, positive, healthy, helpful attitude.
Excellent computer Skills.
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
Very detail orientated and organized.
Typing skills (minimum typing speed of 70 WPM.)
Previous experience at a contact center preferred but not required.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Self starter.
Have strong initiative and ability to think outside the box.
