Duties & Essential Job Functions

Transport
Pick visitors or the principal investigator to and from the airport.
Ensure that the program vehicles do not carry anyone who is not a study staff member without prior approval of the administrator
Keep accurate transport logs for all program vehicles & motorbike
Transport study specimens and data files
Carry out home visits together with designated study staff

Vehicle Maintenance
Clean the program vehicles at least once a week
Ensure the program vehicles are clean and they have fuel at all times.
Check the tyre pressure, fuel gauge, and oil gauge, daily before driving.
Ensure cars are serviced in timely manner and the insurance covers are up to date.
Administrative Duties
Assist the administrator in purchase of supplies and equipment
Pick supplies from the office to the clinic
Pick invoices from suppliers, post office etc
Payment of study bills
Perform any other duties given by administrator or principal investigator

Qualifications
College education
Driving license (includes motorbike riding)
Certificate of good conduct
Vehicle mechanical knowledge
At least 1 year experience riding motorbike and driving a car
