Key Responsibilities
Land cultivation/land preparation.
Planting.
Crop irrigation.
Weed control.
Fertiliser application.
Pest control.
Hand harvesting.
Maintain the field from plastic and stones.
Monitoring Crops, water and irrigation systems.
Helps in compost making.
Keeping the crop area clean.

Person’s Specifications
At least 2 years working experience.
K.C.S.E certificate.
MUST have a certificate of good conduct and a recommendation letter from the local chief.
Physically fit.

Method of Application
