Duties and responsibilities
Drive maximum recovery rate/ minimum default rate in all DPD Groups, including internal and external Collections for the maximum profitability of the Company
Effectively communicate and guide Collection Agents and Team leads on best strategies and performance metrics
Drive effective execution, Individual and Team performance management 4. Strengthening Monthly KPI Planning and Bonus Team structures
Ensure continued training, guidance on effective customer engagement, driving minimum default rate
Drive innovation and technology, smart solutions to maximize efficiencies 7. Compliance with all Kenya Laws and Regulations on digital lenders
Drive the new result-oriented Culture; metrics-based approach (Collection Team Results + Individual Goals).
External focus- know competitors very well, continuously learn and implement best international practices, driving process improvements, automation, and efficiencies
Implementing additional tools (skip-tracing, telephony, messenger integration) in each stage of the process (pre, soft, hard, legal if possible)
Be an Inspirational Leader, be the Mentor & Coach for the Team, hands-on approach
