Information and Records Management Intern – Federation of Kenya Employers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation of the Electronic Document and Records Management System
Retrieval and preparation of files for scanning
Listing and issuing of files for scanning
Sorting and filling documents
Sorting and returning the retrieved files in the respective locations
Scanning and indexing of documents
Supporting in records appraisal and archiving of inactive files
Records Inventory Management
Assist with other records management routine services as guided
Perform any other relevant duties as requested

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Diploma in Archives and Records Management from a recognized institution
One year Attachment experience in managing records
Knowledge of Electronics Documents and Records Management Systems (EDRMS)will be an added advantage
Knowledge and working experience with Computerized Office Applications
