For this jobs, you must be a highly perseverant person who enjoys liaising directly with clients, placing individuals into jobs, and following up with employers.

Responsibilities
Liaising with client organizations to clarify key aspects on a job description
Working with the Duma Works software to ensure fitting job candidates are matched to the job opening
Following up with employers to learn about how job candidates were received and if they were hired
Qualifications
At least one year Experience in HR/Recruiting
Fluent written & spoken English
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Diploma or higher in Human Resource /Psychology appreciated
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn
