Purpose of Position: To maintain office cleanliness and assist with administrative duties in the Kenya Office.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maintain daily office cleanliness.
2. To receive and attend to guests at the office
3. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
4. Communicate with office visitors to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address/direct complaints.
5. Deliver messages and run errands.
6. Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
7. To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels) as required.
The ideal candidate should:
Speak fluent English
Be able to work in a systematic and methodical manner.
Be able to work well on own initiative.
Be able to work flexibly, under pressure and adapt to change. (Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role and meet the organization needs.)
