Office Assistant – Nairobi – Corporate Staffing Services

Our client is a leading specialist flooring company i.e. flooring designer and manufacturer.

They are looking for a well-mannered office assistant to provide support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee or get water for staff
Keep office area clean and tidy
Answer phones and greet clients warmly
Restock supply closet with printing paper, ink, pens, paper clips, staplers, files and folders etc
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners
Assist in filing duties
Coordinate messenger and courier service
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Schedule meetings and conference rooms
Perform data entry
Any other duties assigned

Key Qualifications
At least a Diploma in Business Administration or related Filed
At least 1 year working experience in similar position
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to multitask
Competent computer skills
