The Position
We are seeking to build a first class sales organization that will support our business development team to make MARAMOJA Transport the most preferred transport solution for corporates.
Responsibilities.
Responsible for the sales chain and KPIs.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.
Ensure sales records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Building business relationships with potential clients.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Key initiator of new Sales targeting medium to large sized accounts for strategic penetration.
Maintain a pipeline that’s three times the monthly revenue target.
Attend weekly Plan and Review sessions with your line manager which includes an assessment of all new and existing opportunities, and key measures;
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years of successful previous experience in B2B Sales
Big Network and networking skills
A self-starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results – with a proven record to exceed targets and KPIs
A personal history of constantly exceeding sales targets with clients
Relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out and generating sales with the biggest clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with Tier 1 clients
Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling B2B business services into large businesses
Organized, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales
