The Creative Designer for Innovation Lighthouse will be a key contributor to the start-up he/she will be part of. The ideal candidate for this role has many capabilities beyond traditional graphic design and will need to be able to work in a fast paced, intense workflow. You will be working closely with a core team that is expected to have the ability to accelerate innovation within 4-6 months’ time, test into market, and continue to iterate until product scale up.
The ideal candidate will have a consumer centric mindset, being able to absorb consumer insights through ethnographic research, and be able to transform this into a full product from creative brand concept and packaging, to print and digital advertising.
The candidate is an individual who is skilled at the art of translating ideas into visual concepts that communicate brand platforms and deliver project goals. The candidate will also possess the ability to influence decision makers in supporting areas such as R&D & Marketing.
Knowledge and experience in the food and beverage category is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience. Knowledge of food and beverage category desired.
Demonstrated strong creative and strategic thinking skills, ability to take consumer research and data and translate into creative and innovative products and concepts.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly motivated and dedicated, can step out of their responsibilities and help out in other functions.
Motivated by challenges and complexities while working under a tight timeline.
Ability to multitask, work agile, growth mindset.
Familiar with design thinking framework.
Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to be a team player in a cross functional team.
Works well under pressure and can stick to deadlines.
