Customer Support Engineer (IT) – Nairobi – Royal Front Agencies

Duties
Resolving clients’ technical issues when necessary
Resolving escalated customer complaints on softwares and hardwares
Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Participation in providing training to customers as required
Experience in full implementation and maintenance of internet connections, Analog, ISDN, Cable & Broadband
Software, hardware & network components installation
Deal with customer service
Familiar with internet peripheral
Conversant with switchboard

Qualifications
Knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
Diploma in IT
Experience of at least 1 year in similar environment
