Job Responsibilities
Manage trading strategies by taking discretionary action to adjust models in real time based on market knowledge and intuition
Work on generating new strategies and improving existing strategies using historical market data
Work in a team based environment
Creatively generate ideas for new paths to improve trading performance

Skills
C# (or similar language)
Basic statistical skill set
Creativity in solving problems
Quick to learn and fully understand new concepts
Excellent at communicating and teamwork

Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
Experience in projects related to financial markets or other large data sets
