I Choose Life Afrcica is Local Kenyan NGO is seeking to procure a Learning management system (LMS) that is fast and flexible to be able to Support the effective roll out the IC3 digital literacy training course to tens of thousands of Kenyans. I CL and Wiley have created locally developed digital content for digital literacy instruction, working closely with the University of Nairobi. I Choose Life – Africa, with our training partner Virtual Learning Solutions need an effective LMS to roll out the digital literacy program that target to empower 20,000 digitally per sub-county to contribute to the knowledge creation in the ICT sector. This is a strategic opportunity for the county to invest in ICT so that the young people can be able to benefit through access to a high quality curriculum designed by local and international experts and tailored to the needs of the learners within the African e-economy.

I Choose Life-Africa requests for applicants to express send in proposals for a Learning Management System that will perform the following functions:

Host the ITProTV training content which ICL has co-developed with Wiley
Host the practice exams and supplementary materials provided for the learners by Wiley, CK and ICL
Track learner usage and results
Make it mobile and tablet enabled
Enable the system to work in an offline environment with installation of the app
integrate into other systems ICL or ICL clients might use a
Make it interface easily with other SAAS platforms with our learning solution(ntranet .Talent Management Systems CRMs)
Make it serve as a platform for additional skills-development content and courses
Provide Additional ITProTV ICT training courses
Include CrossKnowledge library content and learning pathways
Include External publishers content
Include video Connectors
Include Social Network Connectors
Include Business Intelligence Connectors
Include Virtual Classroom Connectors The LMS should be ready within 4 weeks from the signing of contract and should fulfil all the requirements listed above
