Responsibility for execution of the E-Commerce strategy for the organization in ZA
To own, manage, and prioritise multiple projects with high-quality output
To provide leadership, development and supervision to a highly skilled team of E-Commerce professionals (2 direct reports Content Manager & E-Comm Marketing Manager) .
P/L control of the ZA E-Commerce business.

Requirements
Degree educated in Business or IT related field
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on E-Commerce experience, with demonstrated business success. Multi-channel retail experience is a plus
2+ years of experience in leading a team. Experience hiring and developing high-performance teams
Fluency in E-Commerce best practices and technical environment
Must have experience in working with E-Commerce systems such as Demandware, Hybris, Magento or similar
Generalist experience in Content Management and Merchandising Systems, including analysis of E-Commerce merchandising and sales performance
Experience of project management through platform changes, upgrades, testing and integration of new technology, systems or service providers is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at the business level
Excellent presentation and influencing skills with exceptional follow through skills
Ability to managing multiple projects simultaneously and manage time autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding project schedules and business deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in a diverse setup.
An inspirational, collaborative individual with strong leadership skills to manage and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams within a fast-paced environment
High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism with innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to business issues
Forecasting ability and the ability to analyse data
Strong analytical, problem solving and modelling skills, with an orientation to details, at both the strategic and exceptional levels – Ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
Understanding of E-Commerce technology, including platform, payment process, content management, etc.
Understand key retail metrics and calendars, including mark-up, margin, sell thru, demand curves
Clear credit and criminal record as per our client requirements
Salary Negotiable depending on experience
