Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with all the key stakeholders in software development
Understand and integrate product specifications with user psychology
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Support product vision through research, usability testing, prototyping and user experience research
Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets, icons etc
Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for approval before implementation
Carry out layout adjustment as per users’ feedback
Ensure adherence to standards of style, font, colour etc as per the customer requirements and the company’s design standards.
Optimize existing user interface designs
Identify and troubleshoot UI problems

Qualifications
Bsc in Design, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
At least 3 years demonstrated work experience as UI/UX designer
Hands-on experience of front-end software development is a must
Updated knowledge and proficiency in using common design software and tools
Experience in Fintech industry will be an added advantage
Proven problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
