M&E and Administrative Internship Responsibilities
Specific assignments will include but are not limited to:
• Assist in creating, populating and updating monitoring sheets
• Assist in designing, updating and managing KEEP and Partner databases
• Support in data entry, data back-up and maintaining the security of data and filing systems
• Support in routine monitoring process and indicator measurement
• Support in writing reports on KEEP progress in implementation of activities, and results

Administrative Responsibilities
Specific assignments will include but are not limited to:
• • Receive and screen visitors at the WUSC Kenya office;
• • Receive and register all incoming mail;
• • Assist in the maintenance of a filing system;
• • Assist in the tracking of stationary supplies;
• • Assist in the coordination of ground transport requirements;
• • Assist the finance team on a need be basis;

Qualifications for M&E Internships
• A degree in statistics, economics, education or any other social science from a recognized University
• Proficient in the use of computer packages and applications
• Proficiency with data analysis software including MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS
• Excellent communication, analytical, planning and team skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are strongly advised to note the following minimum eligibility criteria for an Internship at WUSC – Kenya. If all of the requirements are not met, your application will not be considered.
Applicants must at the time of application meet one of the following requirements:
(a) Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent);
(b) Have graduated with a university degree; and
(b) if selected, must be available to commence the internship within one month.

Internship Period
The internship will be for an initial period of three months with a possible extension of an additional 3 months based on performance. The maximum contract period will not exceed 6 months
