Project and Construction Manager – CDL

Job Description
He must be able to work with operational software and monitor labour target rates
Present costs for variations
Keep all project paperwork for claims; Delays and Variations
Look after foreman and Clerk of Works to ensure timely completion
Complete client snag lists to the highest level
Has to have a clear ability to discuss daily site issues over the phone
Clear understanding of building regulations and procedures to meet those standards
A responsible leader, not a drinker and be prepared to travel between sites in company vehicles
Importantly the client is a bush based company, he must be able to deal with the wild, sleep rough if need be and be part of the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, such as building science, construction management or civil engineering
Experience as a Project and construction Manager for a minimum of 3 years
Have general experience in construction for not less than 5 years
Be open minded
Ready for all types of working environments
