Our client a multinational company is urgently seeking to fill the above position in Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and deploying a robust training program in support of APT’s and Pillars
Acting as a coach and mentor to employees and operations leadership in the plant
Leading by example in Pillar and APT deployment
Leading plant diagnostics and quantifying opportunities
Manages a team responsible for the design and implementation of food processes, equipment, or plants.
Responsible for operational excellence via efficient plant design.
Ensures continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and production.
Ensure and maintain ISO Certification; ISO 9001:2008,ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001,ISO 22000 including Halal Certification and HACCP(based on SSOP-GMP).
Successful transformation at the plant to include increased safety, quality, productivity and efficiency

Requirements
Four years experience in the same capacity
Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering and or demonstrated performance in the above stated skills
Industry certification from a recognized institute
