Profile Introduction: Our client, an innovative $30 billion global diversified technology company with operations in more than 60 countries that distributes Industrial adhesives, Commercial Solutions, Automotive, Abrasives seeks to recruit a Technical Project Sales Engineer.
Overall Purpose of the role is to: To achieve maximum sales growth, product penetration and profitability within an assigned market segment by effectively marketing our client’s products.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering;
Must have 5 years of work experience as a Technical Project Sales Engineer;
Ability to initiate, lead and manage Distributors;
Exceptional Customer Relationship Management;
Job Specification
Generating Sales leads and closing deals of various company products in assigned territories such as building and transportation infrastructure sectors and government bodies;
New business development initiatives through creation of end user demand, offering technical support to various stakeholders;
Conducting end user Training of various company products and handling customer complaints and queries;
Initiate market penetration through expansion of variety product offering in various assigned territories;
Drive sales and manage territories, implement new business ideas through marketing strategies and product management in accordance to the agreed objectives of the sales channel;
Analysis of market information, generate sales reports and continuously monitor competitor activity.

The individual should:-
Have excellent Project Sales Management in B2C & B2B Sales;
Be result-oriented and be able to work independently;
Be able to apply the 5P’s of Marketing and SWOT analysis.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills;
Have strong negotiation and after sales skills;
