Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
Considerable knowledge of HVAC systems including repair and maintenance and basic electric and plumbing skills.
Skill in the use of hand and power tools, dial indicators and testing equipment for air, water balancing and control calibration.

Barman
Certificate in Food and Beverage Service and Sales from a reputable institution or equivalent with computer knowledge.
Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.
