Job Description: Our client, an established cake shop located along Kiambu Road, is looking for a qualified baker who has knowledge and skills in Baking and also Cake Decoration.

Main Duties
Ensure Preparation and production of products by company specifications and instructions in the set time frame.
Treat and process raw materials and ingredients.
Prepare different dough and mixtures according to production recipes.
Produce and apply decorations on bakery products
Provide services to meet a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage spoilage, turnovers and inventory of stocks and goods
Clean, maintain and make simple repairs to machinery and equipment used in bakery.

Qualifications:
Should be a lady between 24 and 28 years of age.
Must have atleast 6 months experience in this field.
Must have skills in the following areas;
Cake making (i.e. wedding cakes, themed cakes e.t.c)
Cake decorating (using fondant, butter cream, royal icing) experience in using sugar craft is an added advantage.
Must demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and have all work completed in a timely manner.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic and be customer service oriented with very good communication skills.
Must be dependable, responsible, and confident.
