Job Purpose: Responsible for serving clients who mainly consists of expatriates and foreigners efficiently and in a most courteous manner.

Those working for four and five star hotels in Nairobi encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers
Suggest food and beverages- to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
Maintain cleanliness level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
Obtain requested items from the storeroom.
Keep general appearance and maintenance of the tea shop working areas.
Set up tables in accordance with restaurants policy.
Maintain excellent grooming standard at all times.
Cashiering

Qualification and experience
Diploma level
Proficiency in MS Office
Interpersonal Skills
Organizational skills
Good Communication Skills i.e. well spoken English and writing skills
Excellent grooming (Up market Standards)
2 years experience in a similar field
