A Nairobi based restaurant with multiple outlets is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the activities in the restaurant especially customer service and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Organizing the team
Establish the work schedules of the sales team
Monitor the sales team work
Train the sales team
Organizing the counter with products
Organizing the display of products at the counter according to the company
standards
Ensure impeccable tidiness and cleanliness at all times
Serve take away clients
Being able to explain details on the content of the products and make
recommendation upon request
Pack the products in the suitable packaging Report all comments from clients
Enter the products in the POS software and issue the barcode
Prepare what is needed for the next shift in terms of product availability, packaging

Skills and Qualifications Required
At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or related filed
At least 2 year experience in a high- end restaurant, shop or bakery as sales person
Outstanding presentation skills
Very friendly, dynamic, welcoming and smiling personality
Great communication skills
Ability to supervise one colleague
Attention to details
