Job Summary:
The Arabic fluent Customer Service Executives will work in a busy call center, mostly dealing with Arabic speaking clients, looking into their needs according to the company’s procedures.
Duties
Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Follow up on the needs of the customers accordingly
Ensuring that customers understand product information, and be able to provide additional information to customers as needed
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and offer help accordingly
Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer’s files
Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.
Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Requirements and Skills
Very fluent in both Arabic and English
Ability to deal with International clients
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Past work experience in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing
