The Danish Deming Group (DDG), is a unit within Danish Refugee Council specialized in Armed Violence Reduction (AVR).

DDG is looking to recruit an exceptionally talented conflict management specialist for the senior position of AVR Manager.

The ideal candidate is Kenyan and has a Master’s degree in conflict management, criminology, political science or similar field; extensive experience of developing and implementing conflict prevention and management projects and excellent analytical and presentation skills; excellent verbal communication and writing capacity; and is an excellent trainer/mentor/capacity builder.
