The candidate should have a Degree or Diploma in Security related training. Age above 30 years.

The candidate must have held supervisory / leadership roles at private security company for not less than 3 years.

Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise Security Guards.
Swiftly attend to security matters and generate incidents reports.
Undertake deployment of well trained guards
Conduct Security surveys and advise management on security gaps.
Oversee guards recruitment and training
Establishing clients relationship
Business growth through sales and retention
