Business Development Manager – Clarkson Insurance Brokers Ltd

Key Performance Areas
Provide supervisory and guiding role to the Sales Executives to ensure a high level of integrity and performance for the section.
Business development through prospecting for and generating new business, planning and client retention.
Conduct market research and surveys to gather intelligence aimed at providing guidance on how to deal with market changes and product development/review
Manage and enhance relationships with clients to achieve high customer service standards including handling and resolving of customer complaints
Providing support in augmenting sales strategies and targets
Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers covering a variety of risks.
Oversee Business Development in all branches within and without borders.

Education and experience:
Bachelors degree,
Diploma in insurance- AIIK/ACII, 8 year’s relevant experience.
Diploma in Marketing or MBA will be an added advantage

Competencies:
Excellent marketing, sales prospecting and relationship building skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing person.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and passionate about driving the business to implement targets
Good organization skills.
Knowledge of the insurance market and operations
