Reporting to the Managing Director, the holder of the position will be based in Nairobi with frequent travel throughout the country and across East Africa.

Primary duties & responsibilities:
Provide a leading role in business development
Write reports and provide feedback to management about existing and potential customers
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Regularly inform clients about new developments in the company’s products
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Desired skills & qualifications:
A degree in agricultural sciences and post graduate training in sales & marketing or business
Over 5 years in-depth knowledge & experience in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and its current events
Strong communication and IT skills
Creativity and problem solving ability
The ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines
