A newly reorganized agri-business company involved in countrywide input distribution and commodity trading is seeking to recruit qualified and highly experienced BDMs.

The BDMs will be in charge of developing and growing the business portfolio and coming up with robust distributorships and partnerships with all actors.

The Candidates must demonstrate the following:
Experience and in-depth understanding of agri-business in Kenya with emphasis in input trade as well as Commodity trade/FMCGs.
A strategically engaged persona who has solidity in planning and actualization that leads to profitability.
A solid career in agri-business with experience in frontline as well as back end support in sales, marketing and business development for not less than 7 years

The candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Agriculture sciences or other relevant disciplines to this role.

An advanced degree and/or other professional certificates will be a definite advantage.
