Call Center Manager – Sky-Swift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day to day running of the Call Center.
Ensure calls are responded to at the appropriate time.
Resolve and escalate customer’s issues on time.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.
Reports to the head of operations.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preffered.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience
Customer service experience preferred
Customer centric behavior
Strong people management and development skills
Ability to mentor, coach and motivate others
Strong communications and presentation skills
