To direct the preparation, seasoning and cooking of meals.

Qualifications
Qualifications in all food preparation areas such as Catering Principles, Professional Cookery, Food Processing and Cooking, International Cuisine, Hospitality Supervision, Pastry or Baking.
Specific qualification certificates or apprenticeship
