Job Description: Our client, a Vehicle Tracking Company located in Nairobi, is looking to hire a proactive, energetic, highly organized individual for the position of a customer care officer.
Our ideal candidate must be very organized and with great interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage company brand and reputation.
Answer to all client queries at all time and assist clients in every way possible.
Manage client relations with the company.
Assist in developing a strong relationship between the company and its existing and new clients.
Be the contact person between the company and the clients.
Any other duties as may be so required.
Qualifications
Atleast 6 months Experience in a similar position that required management of company communications.
Should have atleast a diploma in Public relations, corporate communications or any related field.
Should be atleast 25 years of age.
Should demonstrate excellent spoken and written language skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be highly organized, dependable result oriented and a good time manager.
Must be flexible.
