Job description:
Sorting through the database of agents and establishing if they are a keep or remove agents based on installs, OOC performance and manning requirements inward.
Liaising with Team Leaders for the specific area on a final keep/ remove decision with each agent.
Calling agents and conducting exit interview or retraining around zoning depending on keep/remove decision.
The remaining keep agents are then monitored by the data fellow as to where they are selling geographically and advised if they sell beyond their ward.
Requirements:
A sound analytical individual with the ability to analyse historical data and apply parameters to data to make decisions.
Good understanding of all Office Tools.
Good man-management with potential to be trained further on this as part of the job.
Fluent English and Swahili.
Time and task management are crucial with the ability to balance multiple tasks important.
Previous experience acquired in research, data analysis and data entry.
An individual with pronounced interpersonal skills, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with the aim of ensuring great client engagement.
An individual who listens keenly, correctly interprets messages and responds appropriately
