Our client, a leading global FMCG company has an exciting opportunity for an analytical and numerically astute individual to be accountable for the Demand Planning process by consolidating inputs from Marketing, Customer Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Advance Planning Optimizing (APO), together with statistical analysis, historical trend and personal experience to build a Subsidiary rolling Demand Plan for 18 months.
You will be required to ensure complete visibility of year-to-date (YTD) performance & valuated sales plans vs. targets, thus highlighting the gaps & driving the solutions with various stakeholders. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to establish relationships at multiple levels within the customer’s organizations, as well as to works with customers in an advisory/expert on the company’s’ internal Customer Service & Logistics initiatives
A degree in Supply Chain or equivalent coupled with 5 to 7 years planning experience within the FMCG industry is required. Applicants must also have SAP experience, be customer oriented and have strong communication.
